Amores y Sabores was created by chef Adalid Aguilar in 2017. She is a chef, entrepreneur, and founder of Amores y Sabores Catering, a hospitality brand built around the belief that food creates connection.

With experience in catering, bartending, and mobile coffee services, Adi combines cultural influence, creativity, and intentional service to create memorable experiences for clients across weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and community programs. Her work is rooted in hospitality, sustainability, and the idea that people may forget what they ate-but never how they felt.

At Amores y Sabores Catering, we believe that unforgettable events can be created with care—for both people and the planet. We proudly integrate sustainable practices throughout our business by offering digital contracts and invoices, eliminating single-use plastics at all events, and sourcing local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible.

We also partner with food banks and community centers around Seattle to donate leftover food, reducing waste while supporting our neighbors. In addition, we collaborate with eco-conscious vendors, avoid floral foam in our designs, and support low-waste event planning from start to finish.
